The Alumini Association of VIFCET is an integral part of the college. Engineers graduating from the various fields in the college have made a mark for themselves all over the world, in every walk of life. With this vast diversity in carreers and wider geographical boundaries of our alumni, the alumni association's role in providing the networking platform became especially critical.

HISTORY OF VIFCET ALUMNI

The alumni association fo VIFCET is formed in March, 2008,when the graduating class decided to establish a system to continue to be intouch with their friends. It is the guiding light for all VIF graduates as they started looking for newer careers and higher studies in different parts of the world. VIFCET is making the node through which ALUMNI could get in touch with their batch-mates and to get in sync with the developments of the college. Into the 21^st century, when the software is on boom and globalization has become a necessity. The need for a focal point for all graduates to get in touch with each other became extremely critical and VIFCET ALIMNI would play an important role in this unification.

1. To work in co-ordination with the students of our college and help them in acquiring placements not only within the country but all over the world.

2. To help students go for higher studies within the country as well as outside of the country.

3. To improve the talent and skills of the students like communication skills, software skills, etc., by hosting certain varied programmes.

4. To help students host and participate in the various seminars and techno-feasts at different levels.

5. Finally to help students gain monetary physical and academic help for their upliftment.

The establishment of a working body of present students within the alumni assocation was a unique concept with tremendous potential. By working with Alumni, the students of the college continued to help the college become a stronger community and also learn a lot from the seniors both in the terms of career knowledge and life guiding decisions. The student body currently comprises of 360 students, with an executive team of 11 members and an organizing committee members of about 25 members. There is een, a working committee comprising 25 members team.
